Q: Where do you leave the keepsake (baby bundle) after removing the sign?
A: When we remove our lawn sign, we will place your personalized keepsake at your front door unless you request another location on the property. Our drivers will not ring your doorbell or knock on your door in case mom and baby are resting.
Q: What if I want to move the sign?
A: Our lawn signs are installed at the discretion of our drivers in order to satisfy both visibility and safety. However, if you would like the location of our sign moved please do not hesitate to contact us and we will assess the situation. A delivery fee may be applied each time we come to your property to move our sign. If you want our sign to be installed at a specific site please inform us when ordering and our drivers will do their best to accommodate your request. We cannot be held responsible for any damage to people or property that may occur if you attempt to move our sign.
Q: Can I mow and water my lawn?
A: If you must mow your lawn during your rental period, please be very careful around our sign. Please refrain from trimming around our sign as it may cause damage resulting in an additional $30 charge. We sincerely appreciate you taking precautions to protect our sign. Watering your lawn is fine as our signs are sealed to protect them from water damage.
Q: What if the sign becomes damaged?
A: Our signs have been successfully tested in wind and rain and have proven very durable. If however you notice any damage as a result of severe weather please notify us immediately.
Our signs are not designed to withstand children climbing on them. Please, for your child(ren)'s safety, do not allow them to play on or near our sign.
If any vandalism or theft occurs, please contact us immediately.
Q: Do you have a refund policy?
A: Yes. You will receive a full refund if the following applies:-
- You cancel your lawn sign rental at least 24 hours in advance.
- Extreme weather conditions prevent us from installing our sign.
You will NOT receive a refund if the following applies:-
- The homeowner prevents us from installing our sign.
- The homeowner contacts us and requests us to remove our sign.
- You provide us with less than 24 hours notice to cancel your order.
- You provide us with the wrong address.
- Or any other reason which prevents us from installing our sign that is beyond our control.
